My guess is many of you would say “the perfect forex trading strategy for me to trade!”
Sure, a broker you can trust and a nice fat account to start with might rate high up on the list. But every trader is a unique human being, and for every trader there is an approach to the market that fits them perfectly. Like Skin!
Of course, forex trading is not just about what strategy to trade. A good education and study of the psychology of trading are critical to success, and both these are covered throughout AuthenticFX.
The perfect forex strategy to trade fits you like a glove
But aside from education, experience and psychological edge, if you’re not perfectly comfortable with your chosen strategy, you probably won’t make it!
The global forex trading markets belong to the top dogs who will make minced meat of you at the first hint of weakness. And nowhere do a trader’s weaknesses show up more distinctly than when they try to trade a strategy that doesn’t suit them.
This is simply because your blindspots and weaknesses (and trust me, all traders have them) will be magnified if you try to trade in a manner that doesn’t fit you like a glove. Indeed, to say it again…Like Skin!
You wouldn’t front for an important job interview dressed in clothes that weren’t a match for the position you were applying for. Carpenters don’t work in coat and tails; the corporate world frowns on jeans and t-shirt (unless you work for Google!). It’s the same in trading: scalpers avoid daytrading for the most part and long term position traders shun the intraday volatility of five-minute charts.
Of course, scalpers and position traders who are committed to their style of trading know what they’re looking for in a trading strategy. They have likely found several strategies they are comfortable with.
Just Gimme Some Truth!
This site is dedicated to the many traders who are still hunting the forex system that turns them into a winner!
But there are plenty of strategies, right? The problem gets to be one of sorting gems from the rubble: the Internet is flooded in websites selling supposed wonder systems.
And there are countless other sites offering hundreds, even thousands of unproven trading strategies you are supposed to somehow test, verify and ultimately trust with your precious cash account.
This is what AuthenticFX is about.
Nine years of trading, untold hours of research and more thousands of dollars spent than I really like to think about, have led me to the firm conviction that there is an awful lot of rubble hiding precious few gems. But it has also enabled me to pinpoint some of those gems.
And I’m prospecting for more all the time; it’s a hobby, okay?
